No Frost Refrigerator System

No Frost Refrigerator System

No ice will not freeze in the no frost refrigerator. No frost refrigerator is ideal refrigerator in society for storing food. The food is good and no ice frozen so the food can be taken out and cooking immediately. The no frost refrigerator removes the ice by turning the heater on and off with the help of the evaporator ice timer. After every 6 hours the timer turns off the compressor of the refrigerator and turned on the heater. And after the heater is turned on and the ice of the evaporator, the heater turns off the heater with the help of thermal overload. And turn on the compressor and cools it again. This way the heater keeps the food well by controlling the on-off temperature. This is why no frost does not freeze in the refrigerator and food can be cooking out.
No frost refrigerator are widely used in society. Such as- home, household, hotel, motel, office, large storage, cold room, etc.

 No frost cycles

The no frost or non frost refrigeration systems were developed for domestic refrigeration during the late 1959 's and early 60's. The unit consist of finned evaporator and forced air. Because the frost will collect at the coldest spot or area the air is forced or induced to flow over the finned coil where it is cooled and some of the moisture in this air is condensed and frozen to the coil. The dry cold air is then distributed to the food compartment, cools the food and picks up any moisture or frost which may be on the food or beverages in the compartment. The dry moisture free and frost free food packages and beverage containers are attractive and easy to hobble.
To keep the evaporator fins from clogging with frost and to maintain a high efficiency of heat transfer the evaporators are usually defrosted during each off cycle of the machine.
This defrosting is commonly done with heat generated  by electric heating coils. These heating wires are mounted adjacent to or are built into the evaporators.
It is further necessary to provide drainage for the drain water.  A collecting baffle is mounted under the coil and a drain tube carries the water to the condensing unit. Because this baffle and also the drain tube may collect frost or ice these devices are sometimes heated with an electric resistance wire. The heat from the compressor and condenser plus electric heaters evaporate the drained water during the on cycle of the machine.
