Air Handling Unit


  AHU :- AHU is an important part of HVAC system. This is because AHU cools the air through the duct and controls the temperature of a particular place by flowing the air. AHU is used to control the temperature of many large spaces, with an AHU it is possible to adjust the temperature, of many areas at a time. Such as - many rooms, big hall room, market, shopping malls, super shops, office, hotels etc.

   In order to fix A H U in AHU Assemble
   First you have to make a concrete base according to the size. And the AHU should be placed very well on the base and fixed with a nut bolt with the buzz.

 Then the child water line should be fixed with the finish of the AHU. There are two lines in the fins tube for watering the child inside the fins, water in the bottom and water out at the top. Child water lines need to be fixed according to the size of the in-line pipe of the fins.  First you have to fix the gat valve according to the size of the pipe in the water in line. Then fixing the stainer, you have to give a joint at the inlet of the finish without leaking.

  And at the outlet of the fins, first the gat valve, then the actuator/motorised valves, then another valve should be fixed and the joint should be connected to the outlet without leaking.

  Then you have to fixed the filter inside the air flow of the fins without leaks.
  Pulley with motor and blower should be fixed as per the record. The V-belt to be fixed with the pulley of the supply and return blower, according   to the size. And with the cold air supply of AHU blower the supply duct has to be fixed with the canvass cloth without leaks.

 Return motor, pulley, and V-belt must be fixed. And the return duct must be fixed with the canvass cloth with AHU return blower without leaks.

  And you have to mix fresh air with AHU supply air. For this you have to fix a damper with body on AHU motorised damper, with the damper to fixed with fresh air duct canvass cloth will be without leaks.

  And 440 voltage power line has to be fixed in the air supply and return motor.

 Then AHU service door needs to be closed properly without leaks. And power line must be turned on and AHU must be turned on/off.

How AHU Works

  Child water from the chiller entrees the AHU fins and cools the fins, the air cools due to the flow of air through the cold fins. This cold air controls the temperature by moving it through the supply duct to the designated place or rooms with the help of diffuser.

  The return blower draws hot air into the room through the return grille and return duct. And cools by inserting through the fins and mixing fresh air and sending to the supply constantly controls the temperature through the return cycle.

 AHU is controlled with BMS system. The temperature is set in the building management system BMS. The temperature is controlled by turning on/off the actuator or motorized valve.
