Description of Excel Screen:


Title Bar:


 The Excel Screen text bar above the Microsoft Excel book is called the Title Bar.
  When a file is created and saver, a name appears in the title bar. That is it displays a title of the file. When no name is given it is usually called book 1, book 2, book 3,etc.

Menu Bar:


The line just below the title bar ( File, Edit, View, Ins art  etc. Former   ) is called the Manu bar. 
This manu bar is used to perform various tasks in Excel.
If you select  any manu, the manu is pulled down. It is not possible  to do any thing without using the manu.
This manu is most commonly used in any Windows Program.  

Tool Bat:

A bar with various  symbols below the manu Bar is called a Tool Bar. The button an each symbol  is called an Icon or tool button.
Intent  of performing a task by selecting the menu and selecting the required command option. The same task is performed directly by Clicking  on the Tool Bar's Icon button or Tool. It takes less Asoka.

Formatting   Tool Bar : 

The Bar at the button of the tool bar is the Formatting  Bar. The existing  buttons are very important.   
Use these to 
Change the robt , 
Make the font size smaller 
Make the text bold,
Underline, 
Italic fond etc. Important  works is Done.

Formula Bar:

The Bar Divided into two long section below the Formatting  Tool Bar is called the Formula Bar. The fist part on the left  side of the Formula bar where the cell address is Displayed is called the name box.
 The name box displays the address of the cell where the cursor is present. The cell pointer that will be Entered by entering the cell address in the name box will go to that cell.

Vertical and Horizontal Scroll Bar:

There are particle Scroll bars on the right side of the Screen and Horizontal Scroll bars at the Bottom of the Screen to make  it easier to go to any font of the Document and Display it on the Screen.

Sheet Tab:

When working in the workbook, it is Usually seen at the Bottom of the Screen sheet 1, sheet 2, sheet 3, etc. 
There is a line written in the name. This line is called the Sheet Tab. Any workbook usually has 3 sheet. This sheet can be increased or decreased according to progeny.

Status Bar: 

The Bottom line of the Screen is called the Status Bar.

Columns  and Row Bar:

A, B, C, D, etc. On Top of worksheet. Marked and on the left side 1, 2,3,4, etc. Marked  twice. Its A,B,C,D, text is called Columns  Bar. And 1,2,3,4, text is cRow Bar.

What is Spreadsheet:


 The word Spreadsheet literally means spread leaf. ( spread means to spread and sheet means page). A Large sheet of graph paper is called a Spreadsheet. Excels vast spreadsheet can store various data and perform mathematical calculation.

what is worksheet : 


 The part of the Spreadsheet is worked on is called Worksheet. Basically Spreadsheet e-is worksheet. Just as a book can be written on a single page in Excel, so it can be worked on by opening different Worksheet.
 (  A grid made of Horizontal Row and Vertical Columns is called Worksheet.) 

What is Workbook :


 Excels Spreadsheet contains various information that is analyzed or Calculated. After working, the disk can be caved under any name for future use. A saved spreadsheet is called a file or Workbook. A Workbook may contain several Worksheet.

What is call :


Excel 2000 Worksheet is divided into rows and columns. For example A, B, C,....are the names of different columns and 1, 2, 3......, are row numbers. 
 A small rectangular cell formed by the intersection of rows and columns is called a cell. 
 Excels huge spreadsheet contains 65536 rows. The earlier version had a number of 18364. Each cell could write 255 numbers in the previous version, but now it has been increased to 32000.

Total Rows of the  Worksheet →65536
Total Columns of the Worksheet →
256 (A-IV)
Total Cell of the Worksheet 
= Total Row × Total Columns
= 65536 × 256
= 16777216.
