Moving cursor around the worksheet:
Go to Last Row
= Press END/Ctrl and then Down arrow key
Go to First Row
= Press END/Ctrl and then Up arrow key
Go to Last Column
= Press END/Ctrl and then Right arrow key
Go to First Column
= Press Home key
Go to First Column & First Row
= Press CTRL + HOME key
Go to Specific cell:
Cluck Edit

Inserting a Worksheet :
The Workbook usually has three Worksheet to increase the sheet if necessary
Click Insert
Click worksheet
Delete Worksheet :
Click Right button in sheet that you want to delete
Click Delete
Click Ok
Or
Click Edit
Click Delete sheet
Click Ok
