Split AC Installation
First you have to select the place to fix the indoor and outdoor of the split AC. You have to open the packet very carefully because the body of AC, condenser, evaporator fins are not damaged. And you have to take proper tools like screwdriver, pliers, speed label, spanner, flares tools, gauge mani fault, vacuum machine, drill machine, nitrogen cylinder, hole sow, measurement tape, etc. Then the bracket on the back of the indoor unit has to be opened.

And the bracket has to be fixed where the place for AC indoor has deen selected. And measure with tape measure and place the bracket 6 feet above the floor.

The bracket wall should be labeled with the speed label. And the bracket has to be fixed well with a screw by making a hole with a drill machine.

Make a wall hole with hole sow 3 inch to get out the outdoor pipe and power line of the AC . Open the front door of the indoor unit, fix the drain line, fix the power cable with cable . And carefully straighter the gas circulation copper pipe of the evaporator. Drain line, power line, copper pipe should be fixed together with white tape and should be fixed in brackets with indoor unit wall.

Then the bracket of the outdoor unit has to be fixed, and the outdoor unit has to be fixed well with the nut bolt with the bracket. And insulating copper pipe flares to be fixed with indoor and outdoor without leaks. Gauge Mani fault need to be fixed and leakage checked with nitrogen pressure. Nitrogen pressure should be 100 psi to 200 psi. And leakage checked with soap babbles.

Once the leak is checked, the system should be vacuumed with the help of a vacuum machine by releasing nitrogen pressure.

And the power kine must be fixed. And check the gas pressure by starting the AC with the remote control. If the gas pressure is low, you have to charge the gas.
Gas charged from AC company, if indoor and outdoor length is more then 10 feet then gas has to be charged,
Pipes and power cables need to be well dressed. And set the temperature of the AC, turn on the AC. Check the compressor cut in and cut off.
