Split AC Servicing and Maintenance

Split AC is an ideal AC system in our society. In our homes, offices, halls, conference rooms, markets, hospitals, etc., we use AC to control the temperature. So it is very important to maintain, clean, prevent and maintain the AC. Otherwise we will not get good results of AC, we will not get good cooling effect, and our AC system will be damaged. And we will have more money loss so we will do regular AC service and maintenance.

how to service your AC:-

Split AC has two parts, an indoor and an outdoor. We will service the indoor unit. First the evaporator and fins of the indoor unit need to be dried well. This is because water evaporates, moisture accumulates and oil accumulates in the evaporator while the AC is running. Cooling off with remote control, select only fan and keep indoor for 30 to 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, when the finish is dry, you have to turn off the AC with the remote, turn off the power switch, open the power plug and start the service.

After that you have to open the front panel of the indoor unit. After open front panel you can see two air filters. If the A-E filter is dirty and clogged with dirt, then it obstructs the air flow. Remove the two filters and the bacteria filter and clean it very well with tap water. If the filter is very dirty and contains oil, it should be cleaned with hot water and chemicals. And need to dry properly.

Clean with an air blower, vacuum machine, brush, or chemical. And the out door should be cleaned by opening the cover in the same way. If there is a lot of dirt or oil in the indoor unit, and outdoor unit, then dust should be cleaned with chemical spray.
